„My sister and I stayed in room 1 and it was so quiet, very clean and cosy and beds were really comfy, Steve and tony the owners were very welcoming and very friendly and chatty. The location is perfect could not be better placed train station is 5 mins walk away in one direction, New Town centre 5 mins in the other, 10 mins walk in each direction to North or South bay beach, the old town which I recommend highly to real ale lovers 25 minutes walk or 5 mins on bus.
