„My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A“

„Plenty of space for big family to relax and enjoy together. The beds and couches were comfortable and kitchen area very functional. It was nice to have a courtyard but it needs a spuce up to make it look less neglected. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and provided plenty of supplies, condiments, tea/coffee etc to make our stay comfortable. „Bedrooms as big as ballrooms!This split-level house is big enough to get lost in. Floors and bathrooms were well cleaned and beds were comfortable although the oven had not been checked for rotting food left by previous tenants, and not wiped out.
