„We found the room to be extremely dirty. The bathroom was NOT maintained, and in the middle of the night my wife found bugs crawling across her foot. The bedspread was holey and there was not even an ice bucket in the room. We were planning on staying two nights, but checked out after the first and found someplace else to stay. On the plus side, the staff was "understanding" the next morning, and 'supposedly' we will be compensated for our inconvenience ... although we have not yet seen ...

„When I arrived late at night, the desk staff gave me a key as usual. One elevator was clearly stuck and there was a crowd so I waited 10 minutes to get to my room only to find it would not open. After trying for 5 minutes (checking my key worked on another door, throwing my body weight into the door twice, messing with the handle), I go back downstairs and there's no one at the desk. I have to wait another 5 minutes for someone to return, and they tell me the particular room they assigned me ...
