Welcome to our modern downtown apartments in the heart of Indianapolis! These two separate stylish 1-bedroom units in the same building are perfect for exploring the city's nightlife and attractions. Each offers a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and Wi-Fi. Note: The heating system is louder than average when running. If sensitive to sound, consider earplugs.

The Space:
Each Apartment (2) Includes:

● We offer parking passes for the on-site lot behind the building. Please contact us in advance to reserve a spot as spaces are limited. The rates for parking are $20 per night, $100 per week, and $200 per month.

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with the Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso “Boarding Pass” with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
● Signing of rental agreement
● ID and selfie uploads

The Argyle on Mass Ave, located on Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis, is a vibrant neighborhood known for its arts, culture, dining, and entertainment. With historic buildings, eclectic boutiques, art galleries, and diverse dining options, it offers a lively and engaging atmosphere. Whether you're exploring art exhibits, enjoying a meal at a trendy restaurant, or experiencing the vibrant nightlife, there's always something exciting happening on Mass Ave.

Other Things to Note:
• You will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with guest access details after completing verification, which includes:
-Signing the rental agreement
-ID and selfie uploads
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost, covering more than minor wear and tear. Stays over 30 nights require a refundable security deposit if no damages occur (except Airbnb bookings).
• Discounts applied automatically:
-10% off for stays 7+ nights
-20% off for stays 30+ nights
• Extensions: Contact us for special offers.
• Starter Kit: Includes coffee, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Guests are responsible for additional supplies.
• **Local Guests: Prior authorization is required before booking**.
• Cancellations: Check your booking platform’s policy. Even for full refunds, a 4% credit card fee applies (except Airbnb & VRBO).
• Pets:
-$20/night, $100/week, $250/month (potty-trained dogs only).
-Preferably under 50 lbs—contact us for exceptions.
-Clean up after your pet & leash in common areas.
***Maintenance and inspections may be required during your stay. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific timeframe or reschedule these visits. Any necessary work will be completed as quickly as possible to ensure the property remains in proper condition.
