Finde Incheon Seogu Munhwa Hoegwan Sogongyeonjang Hotels

„War nicht so sauber“

„It was an enjoyable stay with a well kept sauna , staff was friendly and helpful, though there was some language barrier (need to use google translate to communicate). Lockers were insufficient in the sauna as mostly are locked(not sure why even though there was only 1-2 people inside). Could also improve on the flexibility of providing cleaning service (no need mention everyday need cleaning, make it an everyday cleaning exempt which day no need). Meals wise, healthy breakfast, more options ...

„가격 대비 구성이 알찼습니다. 동굴처럼 고요한 분위기에서 오롯이 쉴 수 있었습니다.“

„立地がよく、食事も買い物も便利でした。 チェックインの方法が事前に分かればよかったと思いましたが、現地ですぐに分かったので問題ありませんでした。 エアコンがテレビのリモコンと一体になっているタイプで、エアコンのリモコンを探してしまい、電源を入れるまでに少し苦労しました。“

„Friendly Staff“

„A clean room, good mattress, good quality bed sheets. Staff is super nice, always there at front lobby. Ready to help any needs you might have. I've stay here before and revisiting did not disappoint. I would definitely can recommend this place and would visit again.“

„Considering it’s a new property, many things were out of order. Toilet and sink already showed rust, elevator and our hotel door malfunctioned, housekeeping took our bathrobes and didn’t replenish until 5days later, etc. Breakfast is adequate with amazing croissants (best thing yet).“

„Extremely filthy hotel. Photos are fake, glasses and linens have hair on them. All corners are dusty and the worst of all is they even want to scam more money from me by pretending to agree to a refund if I first pay again for that night, which I had already paid in full in advance. Later on, after they were unsuccessful with the scam, they lied to the customer service of the platform saying that I checked-in early and used the room before I complain about the sanity issue.“
