„What a beautiful villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Tuscan countryside. All rooms were comfortable and large. We were surprised by the lack of body soap and shampoo.“

„Two families (11 people) stayed at the villa. Emiliano and his staff could not be more accommodating. Their communication during the booking process and prior to our arrival quick and informative. „LOVED this place! 15 of our family members stayed here to celebrate my 50th birthday for the week and we had the most wonderful time! Nicola is the best host! He was so accommodating and always had the best recommendations even making dinner reservations for us and eager to help in any way and any time of the day! House was clean, peaceful and fully stocked with everything we needed! What an amazing experience I highly recommend Nicola’s place! We hope to be back in the future!“

One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. When we continued to report the issue to the host, she informed us that the "tech" said it was working OK. The "tech" informed us that it was not but he could not fix ...

„The Villa was charming and absolutely bursting with character. We loved exploring the house and the grounds! It was quiet and relaxing, but still only a short drive from Florence, Sienna, San Gimignano and other favorite towns of Tuscany. A memorable stay in an absolutely unique villa!“
