Small room with no chair. First floor overlooking parking meant it was noisy with window open and staff arrivals in the early morning. Bathroom tiny lacking shelves for toiletries and towel racks, so not eco-friendly as there was nowhere to hang up towels and so reuse another day. Staff were wonderful. Grounds lovely and plentiful loungers, seating , etc. Dining good but room rather bright for our tastes.

Rent och bra personal men trivsel fattigt. Fattig meny i restaurangen, inte bra alls det vi beställde. Personal (Florin ) räddade kvällen med sitt trevliga och humoristiska beteende. Tack Florin! Vi sov bra, tyst och sköna sängar annars inget speciellt.

I liked everything about the hotel but if you don’t have transportation it is almost imposible to get there by public transportation and the taxis can charge you what ever they feel . We paid from the city to the hotel 30 euros but from the hotel to the city was 80 euros. We weren’t sure as to why . Will be a good idea if the hotel had a shuttle at least to get the guests to the closest bus station which wasn’t that far but difficult with the luggage and hill the hotel is situated. If not for the transportation issue I will rate as a 5 star. Restaurant breakfast and dinner very good .

Een topper!
Gerenoveerd hotel gelegen in de heuvel. Uitzicht is erg mooi. Een zwembad met 4 jacuzzi ‘s op “eilandjes”. Het eten is goed en personeel is zeer vriendelijk! Een aanrader 👍

Fantastisk service og venlighed. Smuk udsigt til bjergene, og originalt. Maden på hotellet var ikke som vi havde forventet, men i nærheden 400 meter fra hotellet, ligger en super restaurant. Kan varmt anbefale denne perle i bjergene langt væk fra Firenzes turisme

anbefales ikke
Ankom til et hotel/spa som ikke virkede til at have åbnet endnu. Kopper og kedel på værelset, men ingen kaffe eller andet. Vand i minibar og ikke andet. Der var ikke sol ved poolen, men til gengæld mange grannåle som dryssede ned i øl og mad. Morgenmaden var rædselsfuld, 2 brød og tørt frugt. Kaffen var til gengæld god. Butikken på stedet havde 3 vare, hvor den ene ikke var til salg. Bruseren var så lille at man måtte åbne døren i d til kabinen, for at få fat i shampooen jeg havde tabt. Virkelig ikke de 4 stjerner værd højst 1. Dog var personalet venlige og imødekommende.
