„The listing was exactly as described, with spacious rooms and plenty of space to relax. We loved that it truly felt like a home away from home. The property was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need and more, including games, kitchen equipment, and all the necessary utensils. The location was perfect. Just a short drive from our favorite restaurant, L’Appetito, and very close to our favorite beach for watching sunsets, Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. We had a wonderful stay ...

„We like staying in the San Carlos neighborhood of Ft. Myers. For the area, the apartment is a great location and price. It’s comfortable with plenty of amenities. Having breakfast and cocktails on the lanai was delightful. The apartment is exactly as pictured and although it could use some upgrades, it was still comfortable. Be aware that the apartment is near the approach pattern for the airport but most aircraft activity occurs during the day. It never bothered us.“

„Bottle caps and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the front door that is broken. Used charcoal dumped out next to the front door. The storm door is broken. Coffee maker doesn’t work. AC filter needs to be clean. The water filter needs to be changed. The oven dial is unreadable. Ants everywhere. I guess I should have known at that price. “

„There are actually 2 units there. That was not clear to us. Thus there is only parking for one in the driveway and one unit has to park in the lawn. Living room tv did not operate with given password. Bedroom tv did not require password. Overall good value for money and many new amenities. Neighborhood was fairly quiet.“
