Thank you for your feedback! Please be advised that unit that you stayed in was a condo and not a hotel which has different terms and conditions when it comes to housekeeping. We'd loved to provide you new set of towels and clean your room per request. Regarding the smell in the bathroom, we really apologize about this. We tried as much as we can to eliminate the odor but there was an issue with the building 's plumbing during your stay. However, we reported this immediately to their facility manager.
