„We enjoyed our stay in this unique accommodation in the heart of Bowral. We were met by Colin who was friendly and showed us through the garden to the Yurt. It had everything we needed. The accommodation was clean, quiet, excellent kitchen facilities, beautiful garden to sit in and listen to the birds. There was plenty of on street parking outside of the property. "We stayed at Discovery Parks - Gerroa and overall had a comfortable stay. One thing that felt a little unusual as tourists was being placed very close to the permanent residents in the park, which made the atmosphere feel less like a holiday campground at times. The cabin itself was well equipped and we appreciated small touches like the bathtub and the body lotion provided. The staff were also very helpful — we had an issue with a broken door and it was fixed very quickly after we reported it. The view over the lake was pleasant, although not particularly spectacular. A big plus was having two separate air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, which made the stay much more comfortable. We did not end up using the camping facilities, so cannot comment on those, but overall it was a good and practical stay."
