Negatives: Accommodation requires a deposit for incidents. Understandable and fair enough. But requiring customers to send credit card details via text message or email is unsafe and absolutely not okay. If this procedure is changed, we will gladly come back.“

„ Central und ideal gelegen; im renovierten aber noch aktiven Bahnhof, dennoch ruhig, gegenüber einem Park gelegenes Apartment. Stillvolle Einrichtung, geschmackvoll, Geräumig. Einzig der zusätzlich zu den beiden Schlafzimmern bestehende Raun mit dem StockBett ist sehr klein ubd wird in der Nacht etwas heiss. Wir waren mit drei Kindern im Teenage-Alter unterwegs und können das Appartement nur empfehlen.“

We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go including old quebec and the grocery store. Karl was very responsive. The stairs to get in are steep.“

„Nina is the perfect host! She is very responsive and the property was excellently located. Property has a lot of old world charm, but could use a few updates (cracked tiles, broken back window etc). Also when traveling with a group of girls, wish there was a security system! Otherwise great stay.“

„Lovely and well-equipped apartment in Quebec City. The apartment was meticulously clean and had a huge amount of space! Plenty of towels and supplies provided (laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, shower liquid soap/shampoo/conditioner). All the beds were clean and comfortable, and all three rooms had decent closet space and great light. There was some street noise and construction noise in the master bedroom, but not terrible.
