Les chambres sont pas très bien nettoyées et il y a vraiment le minimum au niveau des ustensiles. 2 fourchettes 2 couteaux 2 cuillères 2 verres pas de bol ... Pas de fer à repasser, pas d’oreiller supplémentaire ... Traces jaunes sur la cuvette des toilettes

I rate the hotel 10/10 because of Luna. She is the night receptionist who was very friendly and helpful every time we asked a question. We enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Also, Denise and Rita were very helpful when we asked for our last plan of the day. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very good. Quiet at night and lively during the day - one of the best hotels in San Antoni!

Favourite hotel in San Antonio
I have stayed at Casita Blanca a few times. This was our first time since they have refurbished the rooms and we were so impressed. We loved this hotel before but the updated decor was a HUGE improvement. There is now a smart TV in the room which allowed us to listen to music on YouTube and Spotify as well as watching either Netflix or Disney+. We didn’t use the kitchen other than the fridge but it looked great. The bathroom is stunning with a black shower and features with a lovely white sink. The lighting is also great for makeup! There is air con in the room which worked perfectly. We love this hotel, the staff are all so friendly on both the day and night shift. There is a shop next door which has all the essentials and the lady who owns it makes the best salami sandwiches!! It’s a short walk from the West End and the beach but is far enough out where it is still in a relatively quiet area. The pool and surrounding hasn’t been refurbished but is nice enough. We’ve never had any issues with this hotel with regards to noise or anything, some nights are more lively than others but overall it is a relatively quiet hotel.

Personeel en kamer zijn echt top! De staat van de ontbijtruimte en het zwembad blijven echter ver achter. Parkeren in de buurt is drama, reserveer een plek bij het hotel. Vervelend dat je iedere keer binnen moet vragen of ze het hek willen openen.

the property was located a 10 minute walk from the beach. the rooms were clean and the pool area was lovely. it was never too loud around the pool and was mostly peaceful and quiet with the opportunity to purchase food and drinks at reasonable prices. the only issues we had was only being given one room key when checking in. communication was then poor when checking out as we got accused of losing the second key we never had! the shower had an issue with draining and we had to use all the towels on the floor to stop the water leaking into the hotel room from the bathroom, meaning we had to air dry them on the balcony for future use. lastly the pipes in the walls were SO loud at night and woke us up multiple times with rumbling and clanking. it only appeared to be coming from our room and we could hear it from the outside also!! renovations were also going off in the room next door so there was plenty of hammering and drilling. overall the hotel location was great, food was nice and the rooms presentable, however some of the male receptionists were rude and this put a damper on the holiday.

Muy buena atención al cliente siempre en recepción, instalaciones que se nota que han estado renovadas y están genial. Viajé con una amiga y el apartamento era lo justo y necesario para las dos, un baño amplio y reformado con su ducha grande, lava manos y wc equipado con jabón toallas y papel, y la habitación/cocina que era más antigua pero también equipada de nevera, microondas, fregadero y vitroceramica. Disponíamos de nuestro balcón con mesa y sillas que daba a la piscina. La limpieza es un punto a destacar en este alojamiento y la ubicación también ya que esta en pleno centro a 5 minutos andando del puerto marítimo. Aparcamiento fácil en la misma calle o las de alrededor. Recomiendo mucho venir aquí

Personal de 5 estrellas
Trato de 10 por parte de las recepcionistas tanto Miriam como Rita. Se interesan en todo momento por el bienestar. Apartamentos con muy buena ubicación, a pocos metros del paseo marítimo y con supermercado a dos calles. Se puede establecer como punto de partida para ir a cualquier parte de la isla. Como detalle a destacar, te facilitan sombrilla durante tu estancia (según disponibilidad). Recomendable al 100x100%, sin duda repetiría.

Il nostro appartamento al complesso Casita Blanca si è presentato più piccolo di quello che sembrava dalle foto e la struttura è un po' datata ma tutto sommato tenuta bene. La cucina era era attrezzata in maniera essenziale ma abbastanza funzionale, anche se sarebbe stato carino ricevere il classico pacchetto di benvenuto con caffè, zucchero, sale, the...il classico. Nel complesso comunque è stata una permanenza piacevole. Le due mancanze però da segnalare sono state due: mancanza di tv in camera e la pulizia che veniva fatta una volta ogni 2 giorni e gli asciugamani in una settimana ci sono stati cambiati solo una volta e su nostra richiesta...queste cose vanno proprio migliorate. Un 3 stelle certi servizi deve averli di base. Lo consigliamo a chi non ha troppe pretese e lo usa come base proprio per dormire

No limpiaron la habitación ningún día, pese a reclamarlo en recepción expresamente la segunda vez; no se controla y exige las medidas de seguridad a los clientes del hotel ( por ejemplo, uso de mascarillas en el interior), muy ruidoso, se oye todo del exterior, huéspedes ruidosos; pedimos no fumador y estábamos en plena zona de fumadores, con lo cual, por ejemplo, imposible usar el balcón. La salida de emergencias lleva a una puerta bloqueada que sólo se puede abir con la targeta de entrada de la habitación, y sólo durante el día, hasta las 20horas. Positivo: la excelente atención, amabilidad y buen servicio de las 2 recepcionistas, y muy especialmente Míriam. Buena ubicación

Lamento que haya tenido ciertas situaciones que no hayan sido de su agrado. La limpieza de las habitaciones es diaria, salvo que el huésped nos indique que no quiere que le molesten. En relación a las medidas covid, tenemos contratada una empresa experta en medidas preventivas y correctivas contra el covid y nuestros colaboradores las cumplen a raja tabla, así como también invitamos a nuestros clientes a que las cumplan. En zonas de exterior hay habilitado zonas de fumadores para tal efecto. Los apartamentos son todos de no fumadores en interior. En cuanto a la salida de emergencias que menciona efectivamente se abre con tarjeta, sin embargo, en caso de emergencia se abre automáticamente. Nuestro equipo estará encantador devolver a recibirle en nuestras instalaciones en un futuro próximo.

Buena estancia para una escapada
Esta a unos 5/7 minutos caminando del puerto, pero esta bien comunicado para llegar al alojamiento y hay parking alrededor publico, tambien tiene cerca diferentes comercios conocidos para realizar la compra de comida/bebida. La habitación con una pequeña cocina y balcón, un alojamiento muy acertado para la escapada de 4 días, para visitar ibiza.

Apartamento no apto para familias, sino para jóvenes que piensan ir de fiesta y no tienen pensado hacer vida en el apartamento. Apartamento lleno de golpes en las paredes, sin televisión, con cuadros decorativos en la pared clavados con tornillos, mando del aire acondicionado clavado también en la pared. Mobiliario viejo y estropeado. Hicimos la reserva de un apartamento para tres personas, pero nos dieron uno de dos en el que no podíamos ni movernos. En el apartamento habían tres camas individuales, una mesa y dos sillas en la cocina, cubiertos para dos personas... Lo comentamos en recepción y nos aseguraron que era un apartamento de tres personas porque habían tres camas, sin embargo, al marcharnos, nos reconocieron que era de dos porque excepto por las camas, todo lo demás era para dos personas. La cocina MUY justa, solo había una sartén pequeña muy desgastada y abollada, un cazo pequeño, un microondas y un nevera pequeñísima que no tenía congelador y prácticamente no enfriaba. La vitroceramica rayada y solo con dos fogones pequeños. Sin espacio para lavar los platos y dejarlos escurrir, no había superficie útil. Armario muy pequeño con la caldera dentro, por lo que no se puede colgar prácticamente nada. Limpieza deficiente. Aparcamiento para coches prácticamente imposible después de las 23-24 (es decir, después de cenar), más de una hora cada día para encontrar aparcamiento. Las chicas de recepción, eso si eran muy agradables.

Estimado huésped, Tomamos nota de sus comentarios y lamentamos su percepción con respecto al establecimiento. Usted disfrutó de un estudio para tres personas, ese es el motivo por el cual tenía tres camas en el estudio. Efectivamente el establecimiento es sólo para adultos. Nos encantaría que nos volviera a dar otra oportunidad en sus próximas vacaciones a Ibiza donde le aseguro que haremos todo lo posible para complacerle y cambiar su percepción. Mucha salud!!
