2 Tage in Hyderabad
Die Zimmer sind groß und Komfortabel. Fenster können nur mit einem speziellen Griff geöffnet werden, den man vom Housekeeping gegen Unterschrift erhält. Öffnet man ein Fenster, kommen sofort sehr viele Moskitos und andere Insekten ins Zimmer. Ich erhielt zunächst ein Zimmer, in dem ganz offensichtlich irgend etwas übel riechendendes versprüht worden war. Als ich miich beschwerte, wollten sie mit Raumspray Abhilfe schaffen. Das brachte natürlich nichts. Als ich daraufhin ein anderes Zimmer verlangte, konnte ich ohnes Probleme wechseln. Der Swimmingpool ist angenehm groß. Leider nur von 7-9 und von 4-8 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, das Personal überaus zuvorkommend.

Excellent dining on rooftop and lobby cafe. Staff is very accommodating, even arranged for me to have a last-minute early morning breakfast (with coffee!) when checking out to go to the airport. Great hospitality.

WORST...STAY AWAY FRO THIS HOTEL..
WORST STAY .. 4 STAR ?? NO WAY ... I have a copy of all the ameniteis but nothing was provided. There were pictures of pool, but when checked in...they said its under maintenance.. then why would I pay around 10000 rupees for two nights? No iron board to iron my shirt.when asked..they said it will be on request..but that was no where mentioned... like how they mentioned (roll away bed on request) what kinf of logic is this??? No slippers provided... Refrigerator is there but not working.. all my food got spoiled.While checking out they were asking for id proofs....I questioned..but they said..it was their mistake.. like this..how many mistakes they do??? WORST WORST.. Coming to breakfast.this is really good. But I will never recommend close to 5 thousand rupees per night and only breakfast wil be good ..rest all horrible..

Lack of 5 star services.....
I booked this room assuming it would provide 5 star service,but i feel the reviews were not genuine, the bed in the room gave noisy sounds and it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep.I asked for king bed and they gave me2 twin beds which was not at all fine. I am even surprised how the hotel was treated as 5 star

This is second time i have stayed here. The food is good including breakfast. But the standard room is ok. Bed is not comfortable to sleep and makes noise most of the time when we move. Also all the bath towels smells bad.

Bad Stay and Disappointed
This hotel is just a rip off and only convenient for people who are out of town and have work at the US embassy. It's just not the price that is bad but everything that comes with the price. The bed sheets are old and the room given for 4500 is very bad.

We liked the closeness to the US Consulate. It’s walking distance from the consulate. There’s standing drainage water on the road leading to the hotel. Couldn’t take auto/cab because it’s less than 1 km from the consulate which makes the whole experience “worse”.

The property was good and staff was courtes. It was mentioned that taxi will be provided by hotel from airport to/from hotel. As I booked the taxi, the hotel reception forgot to mention about the charges when I checked in as well as when I checked out. The result of all this blunder was that I had to pay taxi driver a surpise amount specially when I didn’t have Indian currency with me.

This is my second experience staying in this Hotel in last 3 years and really disappointed to share the "not so good" review. My first experience was terrific and compared to that this time I was very disappointed. Airport shuttle is not available and when I asked staff said book it your self, Booking through hotel will cost you almost double. Roof top restaurant has lots of issue (waiters+mosquito). Only advantage of this Hotel is that it is near to US consulate.

Great hotel for Business travellers...
Property is spacious and has all facilities required for business travellers. It offer good breakfast with live dosa counter as well as eggs made to order. Rooms are probably largest I have seen in Hyderabad hotels. Staff is very courteous and always smiling. Only negative is the location. Not many restaurants near by. So either you walk couple of kilometres or take a cab in case you want to have dinner outside. Else everything is perfect.. swimming pool is a cherry on the top.
