This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive ...

„I have no complaints at the overall property, but the room was majorly lacking. From the moment we walked in, the room smelled heavily of cigars or Black and Milds. I have severe allergies and it irritated my lungs/sinuses a great deal. The pictures posted on Vrbo made the room look significantly larger than it was, so that was a bummer. „Don’t judge a book by its cover! From the outside, the unit doesn’t tell the story of how great the inside looks! We were pleasantly surprised at the remodeling on the inside and new appliances. We really enjoyed the space and comfort. Our family of 6 did great staying here. The view was fantastic and it was a quick little trail leading down to the beach. Everything we needed was provided.
