We loved how close to town the house is and just a short drive to Garner. With the houses, pool, river, pavilion, and games we had everything we needed right there. Thanks so much for hosting us!“

„We stayed at this place for 4th of July. Was not the holiday weekend any one was expecting but the trip was still good. Far away enough from the river to not have issues during the flood. Rental had lots to do even when we were stuck inside most of the day cause of the storm. Robin was very communicative. During the flooding she personally called to check on us. Would recommend this rental 10/10“

„Loved driving into this neighborhood with all the roundabouts, deer prancing through the yards of these beautiful homes. For a second, I wondered if we took a wrong turn lol. Pleasantly surprised of the home, the picture of the front home does no justice. We get together annually, 7 adults, to celebrate our friendship & we mainly came to Kerrville to visit the cross (1st time for 5 of us). The home had enough space to cook, eat, drink & put our Xmas tree up! The floor plan is different, ...

„Clean and well furnished. Kitchen had everything needed and was thoughtfully stocked with all utensils/tools. Used the smoker to make dinner the second night. Quick 30-45 second walk from the front door to the Frio River. Our boys had a blast fishing all day and spending time at Garner State Park.“
