„Very serene and peaceful property in the mountains. Beautiful view. The staff was very hospitable and welcoming. The homemade breakfast cooked by Risbel and Glory was delicious. During our stay, a hurricane was passing, Risbel, Ricardo, Joseph, and Glory were very accomodating, turning on a generator when electricity was out and updating us on the weather and severity of the hurricane. „We tried to access the property which we had reserved and paid for for more than one hour. We arrived at 7 PM. No staff available for check in after 6PM, which is not indicated in the reservation confirmation, only in the general terms. These also indicate we should have received e-mail instructions 72h before for late arrival. No such email received. The phone number went straight to voice mail and no one called back. „The “tiny” house comes with a kitchen and an amazing patio, but it’s the property and location that makes this a 5 star stay. You’re close to El Hippie which was awesome and not that far from the main entrance. If you have questions the hosts can and will answer them. „Came for our Honeymoon and left with so much more! Lisa and Ryan are amazing! Greeted us with yummy drinks as we got out of the car and everything from there was top notch. "Frisch renoviertes Hotel. Man gibt sich viel Mühe mit der Umgebung des Hotels. Der Pool und die Terasse gegen das Meer haben uns gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war etwas einfach ausgestattet und dürfte mehr Lampen haben (warum z.B. hat nur ein Nachttisch eine Lampe?) aber wir haben gut geschlafen. In Fussweite gibt es Strände und Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten. Die Informationen für den Check-In dürften früher kommen, weil ausländische Gäste nicht immer Roaming haben - Tip für neue Gäste: Das WLAN-Passwort steht bei der Reception an der Wand."

"The hotel is all right. Pitty they do not offer any breakfast at the hotel. There is a microwave, a coffee machine and a mini oven close to the reception so you can prepare your own meals and have coffee but nothing to boil water. The swimming pool is nice, but it is not possible to have a sunbath laying flat because there are no deckchairs. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. It was badly smelling with chlorine though."
