A private, fully furnished 3-bedroom villa set in one of the largest gardens in a quiet, gated community in southern Hua Hin. This is a villa to settle into, with space to live and work, a big tropical garden framed by a mountain view, and a large residents' pool a minute from the door. It suits winter residents, relocating or remote-working families, and retirees hosting visiting family: anyone looking for a peaceful, secure base in Thailand.

THE HOME
A comfortable single-storey villa arranged around a bright, open-plan living space that opens onto a generous covered veranda and the garden beyond. Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, fully furnished and equipped, air-conditionned, with fast, everyday comfort in mind. Everything you need for a longer stay is already here; just bring your suitcase.

SLEEPING (UP TO 6 GUESTS)
- Master bedroom: a restful main suite with a king-size bed and its own private en-suite (walk-in shower, WC and vanity). Quietly positioned at the front corner of the house, with built-in storage; ideal for stowing suitcases and belongings over a longer stay.
- 2nd Bedroom: a comfortable king room near the entrance. A baby cot is available, making it easy for families with an infant.
- Guests' room: a cosy third king room on the far side of the living area for privacy, comfortable for two and equally useful as a children's room.
All three bedrooms are air-conditioned. A cot is available for babies.

THE GARDEN & VERANDA: THE HEART OF THE HOME
The villa sits in around 860 m² of private tropical grounds (one of the largest gardens in the community) with mature planting, fruit trees and plenty of room for children to play. Running the length of the house is a spacious covered veranda (roughly 4 x 10.6 m) with an outdoor dining table for eight and a shaded lounge area: the natural place to have breakfast, work in the fresh air, or unwind in the evening. For anyone staying a while, this outdoor living space is what makes the house feel like a retreat.

KITCHEN & LIVING
An open-plan kitchen and living room (around 4 x 8 m) with a central island bar, a fully equipped kitchen for real cooking, a full-size fridge, comfortable seating and a TV. Bright and sociable, it flows straight out to the veranda and garden: easy for family life and long, relaxed stays.

BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY
Two full bathrooms, each with a walk-in corner shower, WC and vanity basin, with hot water throughout. The master bathroom is private to the main suite; the second (family) bathroom serves the other two bedrooms and also houses the washing machine.

WORKING & STAYING CONNECTED
Wi-Fi throughout and a dedicated spot to work, with air conditioning in every room: comfortable for remote work or study across a month or a season.

THE COMMUNITY
The villa is part of a well-run, gated residential village with genuine care taken over the estate:
- Secure: fully walled and gated, with 24-hour security.
- Well maintained: an on-site team of gardeners keeps the grounds beautiful, with regular estate upkeep and pest control.
- Convenient: a communal clubhouse with a restaurant, and a large shared swimming pool a minute's walk from the house.
- Quality: the estate has its own water treatment and storage on site.
It's calm, green and family-friendly: a community you can comfortably call home for a while.

THE LOCATION
Peacefully set in southern Hua Hin, about 12 km south of the town centre and roughly 1.5 km from Khao Tao Beach and the charming Khao Tao fishing village, with its hillside temple and reservoir. The setting is residential and quiet, framed by hills and close to the sea. Hua Hin's markets, restaurants, hospitals and golf courses are an easy 15-minute drive north. A car or scooter is recommended to make the most of the area; which is part of what keeps it so peaceful.

WHO IT'S FOR
This is a home for guests staying a month or more who want room to breathe, a safe and quiet community, and a real home (e.g. remote workers, retirees, winter residents, and families relocating or spending an extended stay in Thailand).
