„Check in was very easy however we passed the house getting there. That could have been our maps. Everything you could possibly need was there and then some. The extras were beyond fantastic. The only reason I gave four stars to cleanliness was because there was something in the hot tub. They messaged me back immediately and sent the cleaner out. Turns out it was just a little piece of deck paint. Not a big deal. The only reason for four stars on location was because the main road was very loud ...

„The home was located near state park and kayaking liveries as well as quick drive to various restaurants and downtown Loudenville yet was in wooded rural setting. The home was well stocked and organized. We felt at home and lacked for nothing. Tom and Nancy were kind and helpful. Great layout in the home to enjoy togetherness with privacy! Highlights for us were the hot tub, fire ring, and nature trail on the property. The sign near the road at the entrance of the property was a wonderful help!“

„We (5, 7, 20, and 40 year olds) had the best time here. The property is even better than described and everything is so thoughtfully done. Stainless appliances, aluminum foil, basic spices, a lighter for the fire pit, very clean, every type of sugar for the coffee, propane in the tank. „Very updated and well taken care of property. Lots of kitchen supplies were included as well as linens and bathroom supplies. Check in and check out was easy and the management company emailed and texted with helpful information. The porch and backyard had lots of shade and great views of the woods around us. “

„A magical place for a restorative getaway! My boyfriend and I spent a week here and were enchanted from the moment we drove up to the place. It is a large, secluded property and it is updated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond to communicate and to create a welcoming environment - we were even greeted with homemade cookies in the well-stocked kitchen. „This is an absolutely beautiful property with peaceful environment and surrounding community. Having the outdoor space to hang out on the patio with the outdoor fireplace was a neat experience and it was also where we spent most of our time. It was also nice to have the pond available to swim.“

„We had a lovely time on property. It had everything we could have wanted and more. We have 5 nearly all adult children who greatly appreciated their own space while we were together. The kitchen and dining area is open, the living room was cozy. Having two full baths was fantastic. We had a blast with the pickleball court and the fire pit.
