Ian was very friendly, nice and happy. the room is decorated with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic. in 2 minutes you can walk to the beach and in less than 20 minutes walk in the city. The 'seven sisters' are very easy to reach by public transport and it takes just 1 hour to get to london. gladly again!“

„Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. The main en-suite bedroom is on the fourth floor which is a trek with your bags and make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you’re going out ...

„Had a girlie weekend away for my daughters 16th, 4 teenagers and 4 adults.The house was perfectly situated right next to beach and shopping so perfect for us. Easy access from Train station, and for those who drive the carpark.House was absolutely spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, its a bit of a tardis as bigger inside than it looks.
