"We stayed in the two bedroom villa with our own pool. It was a wonderful 5 nights stay. The hotel was clean and nice although the pool area is a little worn out ans the safety vests were too dirty to wear, we spent a lot of time in the pool with the kids. "

"Tolle Anlage, wunderbarer Strand, sehr gutes Frühstück und täglich mehrere happyHours an denen die Cocktails sehr gut zubereitet werden. Hatten das ocean breeze bungalow, leider ebenerdig. Das Zimmer in der oberen Etage ist besser da geschützt vor vorbeilaufenden Gästen. Die Anlage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt, diese ist aber mit dem Roller gut erreichbar. Vor der Anlage befinden sich mehrere Restaurants, besonders hervorzuheben ist das ramputan. Hier gibt es den besten talapia mit auf der Welt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. "

We had a really good time at Salinda Hotel and everythin was just fine. We had to change our flight the evening before because the flight got rescheduled. The staff at the reception helped us and took care about it and contacted the airline so we could change the flight. Amazing service thanks for everything"

"Obwohl nur 3 Sterne für dieses Hotel vergeben sind, so war ich doch sehr Positiv von allem überrascht! Eine sehr gepflegte Anlage, die Lage direkt am Strand. Auch das gebotene Frühstücksbuffet hat für jeden Geschmack etwas zu bieten. Ich hatte einen der Bungalows bewohnt, der sehr in die Natur integriert ist. Auch konnte der Pool noch spät Abends benutzt werden. An manchen Stellen ist das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sonst hätte es auch 4 Sterne verdient. Ich werde es auf jeden Fall erneut buchen… "

"Das Hotel La Festa auf Phu Quoc hat uns während unseres zweiwöchigen Aufenthalts viele positive Eindrücke hinterlassen. Als relativ neues Hotel strahlt es Modernität aus und ist wunderschön in Sunset Town gelegen. Ein besonderes Highlight war unser Zimmer (3101), von dem aus wir jeden Abend das beeindruckende Feuerwerk genießen konnten. Die Shows waren auch vom privaten Strand und dem Restaurant aus gut zu erleben – hier fühlte man sich mitten im Geschehen. Für Gäste, die nicht gut zu Fuß sind, ist das Hotel jedoch weniger geeignet, da die Anlage sehr weitläufig ist. Die Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personals sind hervorzuheben, allerdings spürte man, dass man als Gast nur vorübergehend dort ist, was den Service manchmal etwas distanziert wirken ließ. Einige Kritikpunkte gab es ebenfalls: Das WLAN war schwach und könnte definitiv verbessert werden. Die Minibar ist überteuert, insbesondere im Vergleich zu den günstigen Preisen auf der Insel – eine Cola für 3 €, die man anderswo für 1 € bekommt, ist etwas unangemessen. Auch das Frühstück und der Roomservice, so gut sie waren, sind im Vergleich zu lokalen Restaurants hochpreisig. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel eine tolle Lage, moderne Ausstattung und einige besondere Erlebnisse, jedoch mit Verbesserungspotenzial bei Service und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. "

Phoenix’s attention to detail and kindness were remarkable—our room was always spotless, and she constantly surprised us with thoughtful gestures. During our stay, my brother unfortunately fell ill, and the hotel staff did everything in their power to support him. Their genuine care and assistance made a world of difference, and we are beyond grateful. The property itself is stunningly beautiful, incredibly calm, and impeccably clean—a perfect place to relax and unwind. And let’s talk about the food—especially the breakfast! It was absolutely breathtaking, with a wide selection of delicious options that left us speechless every morning. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc is a great destination. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Anwendungen und Massagen im Wellnessbereich himmlisch. Umweltschutz wird groß geschrieben und die Mahlzeiten (Frühstück, Dinner) köstlich und abwechslungsreich. "

"We can truly recommend this amazing resort & spa. We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa which was very spacious, clean and authentic. The resort follows a high environmental concept with no plastic bottles , reusable or nature sourced products. The restaurant is fantastic with a large menu and they delivered with high quality on every dish we ordered. There is a lot to do, beautiful pool, beach is clean and there are plenty of things to do (free), as snorkelling, SUP, kayaking. Finally the staff is the best of the best - super helpful, friendly and professional! We can truly recommend a stay here - it combines a boutique resort tranquility, friendliness and service with a larger resorts variety of things to do and eat. One of the best resorts we been staying at (and we travel a lot…) - highly recommended! "
