„Fantastic hotel in the heart of the town. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. On Arrival we was greeted by the staff and gave us welcome drinks which was very nice. Plate of fruits was also provided in the room. In my opinion it is better than the 5 star hotel near sylhet Airport which is middle of nowhere.“

„They took 2 hours for check in. I have paid the booking money from online..But they said me that they didn't receive my money. So, they asked me to pay also in cash otherwise I have to leave the hotel within 30 minutes. Finally Expedia solved this issue. But I didn’t like their tone. Also they didn’t provide breakfast, towels, soaps, shampoo, toothpaste. :( “

You can also book room 915 or 916 directly at the hotel /The Royal Suites/. These rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, NO plates, pots, cutlery, just nothing. If you want to cook something, you have to go to the store and buy something to cook and eat. This kitchen is just decoration. As for the city of Sylhet, it is a city where, after leaving the hotel, you are attacked by street beggars. At every turn, there is no place in this city without people collecting money. This is really very unpleasant and makes you not want to take a normal walk on the street. Apart from tea fields and two rivers over 50 km away, there is nothing to look at. never again"
