„Deplorable unhygienic conditions. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. "Leider hat das Hotel seine besten Tage hinter sich. Das ganze Hotel hat einen riesigen Renovierungsstau. Das Konzept und die Umsetzung war ist sicherlich mal sehr schön, jedoch inzwischen in einen schlechten Zustand. Das Personal ist bemüht aber leider teilweise hilflos und chaotisch.
