„Was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Was welcomed immediately by very helpful staff on check in. Requested for a towel and room service which was promptly attended to. Only issue I could spot was that the shower was scalding hot . Booked a transfer with helpful receptionist lady to the airport next morning. Cost N4000 but you do get called once driver arrives and assistance with your luggage . Next time will use the pool .“

„I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip but this one was certainly a swindle. The appearance and location of the hotel was the catch. The 2 rooms we were given were extremely small with all dilapidated fixtures and not well maintained furniture. The telephones in the 2 rooms booked did not work. We had to go all the way downstairs to communicate with front desk and Resturant. Room service fee was =N=2000 in comparison with similar star hotel who charge only =N=500. Doors were damaged, ...

„Property was great for the most part. Only thing is the reason I chose this hotel was because on booking it said there was a free airport shuttle. Upon checking in we were told we had to pay 10,000 naira for the shuttle. This was false advertising and I was not prepared to pay for the extra transport fee. We did also ask for an extra towel as there was only one for a room booked for 2 people that never came. “
