Todo estuvo super, quiza en el lobby para despachar los autos fueron muy lentos, tardaron hasta 1 hr y me paso en 2 ocasiones, necesitan mas personal y organizarse mejoe, lo demas...genial!. Lastima que en la playa no puedes entrar al mar por los quemadores.“

„LOVE IT!! Un lugar excepcional, muy disfrutable, el lugar es hermoso, es tranquilo, zen, las camas MUY cómodas, la comida está exquisita, el spa excelente. „This is a brand new hotel that just opened 2 months ago. It was an amazing hotel, very beautiful, in an excellent location in the Centro Historico part of Mazatlan. The rooms were nicely done and comfortable. The service was outstanding. Everyone who works here is very helpful and nice. „Was looking for a nice culture look place to stay in el centro. This place was amazing. Love the architecture, the greenery, the views and the pool. 100 percent recommended. Would definitely come back.“

„The place is located right in the middle of the old town, a few blocks from the best restaurants in town. Very few guest early May, so we enjoyed the pool in the beautiful courtyard by ourselves. Our suite was nice, basic, but lacked a bit of sunlight and the bathroom was small and outdated. We had a tour of the facility, some suites are very spacious. The staff was very kind and pleasant. We were told it's packed in the winter and in the summer, which would make a very different experience. “

„Da meine Ankunft erst sehr spät am Abend erfolgen konnte war daher auch der Check-In sehr spät, aber trotz der Zeit war es komplett Problemlos. Das gesamte Hotelpersonal spricht sehr gut englisch. Frühstück war sehr gut und jeden Tag frisch. Mein Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt obwohl es zeitweise gar nicht nötig war! Direkt im Zimmer ist ein kostenfreier Safe mit Code vorhanden (sehr wichtig für den Reisepass und dem Urlaubervisum), außerdem eine eigene Kaffeemaschine, das Bad war sehr angenehm, ...

Es hat eine schöne Bar mit Pool auf dem Dach, es gibt ein gutes warmes Frühstückbuffet, kostenlose Parkplätze und kostenloses WiFi. Das Hotel liegt perfekt in der Innenstadt am Meer.
