Frégate Island (FRK): Hotels in Frégate

"We were overall very satisfied with our stay. The hotel is beautifully located right by the sea, with a peaceful atmosphere, lovely surroundings, and great service. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. One small downside was the dinner: while the food was fine, drinks were not included in the half-board package and were quite expensive – even still water had to be paid for separately. Including at least a bottle of water would be a nice gesture. We can definitely recommend this hotel and would book it again!"

"Positiv: Sehr nettes und gepflegtes kleines Hotel. Wir hatten ein Delux Zimmer im Erdgeschoss und konnten in den Pool quasi direkt von Terrasse aus springen. Klimaanlage ist gut einstellbar und pustet nicht ins Bett. Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber. Eine Küche vorhanden. Gepfgtes Sanitärbereich. Wir fühlten uns abends sehr wohl auf der Terrasse. Imbiss und kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Negativ: Das Hotel ist weiter weg von belebten Straßen und liegt versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse. Abends ist die Insel kaum beleuchtet, der Weg abends ins Hotel ist daher nichts für Ängstliche. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns sehr wohl und könnes das Hotel weiterempfehlen. "

"Sehr liebes und nettes Personal,jedoch ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, funktional aber auch alt. Die Sauberkeit ist OK, könnte aber besser sein. Die Anfahrt zum Hotel, gerade die letzten 300-400 Meter sind mir dem Fahrrad nicht zu schaffen. Wenn in anderen Bewertungen steht, dass man sie hochfahren kann, ist das gelogen oder Lance Armstrong war Gast "

"We had a perfect stay at Le Repaire. From the first till the last second we felt very welcomed. All employes were very helpful and kind. This beautiful hotel directly at the beach is a perfect oasis to enjoy great days on La Digue."

"We stayed for 3 nights. We were welcomed warmly. The lady informed us about the island and possible activities. Breakfast is okay but definetely a little pricey for what you get (toast, jam, butter, coffe/tea, fruits, egg). Bikes could be rented. The bikes were in okay condition but they has no light. The accomodation itself was lovely, good equiped although not super modern. Coffee would have been nice in the kitchen. They also provided beach towels. Transfer to the ferry is also a bit pricey even though its only a 5 min drive. Very sadly there is no beach available anymore from the accomodation, which could have been communicated before."
