„Nun ja, die Frage ist wohl generell: Warum überhaupt nach Blackpool? Unabhängig davon bietet diese Hotel für sehr sehr viel Geld sehr sehr wenig. Außer Dreck, davon war recht viel im Zimmer. Das Frühstück entspricht dem üblichen Ketten-Frühstück-Abgefertige. Inklusive Fertig-Waffelteig-Matsche… Nun gut. Aber: Personal sehr freundlich- sie können ja nichts dafür.“

„We were visiting the area for the Lytham Festival. Firstly, the location was excellent, as all the Lytham hotels were fully booked. Reception staff were helpful and were available 24 hours. The spa was a waste of money we stayed maybe 20 minutes, I wish we hadn’t done it the jacuzzi wasn’t hot it was warm, bubbles weren’t great if they could just sort that it would be so much better it’s a really nice idea though. The room wasn’t as it was pictured, it was okay though not the best, the bed was uncomfortable. I can’t fault the staff in any way though “

„Place is managed by one man Tom who was very nice ...Owner was off to Birmingham as we arrived and another lady disappeared when I spoke to her so not much of a welcome . Place needs work and cleaning tbh ... Basic standards are a must especially in a town with so much competition.. Hotel had two names which doesn't help.Think we were the only ones there but we were the only ones for breakfast ...
