The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful tips about the local area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended“

„I had incorrectly booked the wrong dates foe my stay at this property which was a non refunderable booking with no option to alter or cancel. I contacted Hotels.com whpbafter speaking with the owners arranged my booking to be moved to the actual dates i required free of charge. The owners were under no obligation to do this but still allowed it without chargine me. I am very greatful for this as it was my error in the first place. „Das Haus war super gemütlich, bestens ausgestattet und insgesamt für unsere Gruppe von 7 perfekt für unseren Wochenendtrip! Die App für den Self-Check-In hat auf meinem Handy leider nicht funktioniert, der Gastgeber hat uns aber innerhalb von 2 Minuten aber bestens helfen können!Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber sehr schnell, unkompliziert und hat durch Höflichkeit geglänzt. „All of us loved, loved, loved Jonathan's beautiful home. The photos do not do justice to just how gorgeous this property and garden is. There are no immediate neighbours and its down a private lane. On the doorstep of such beautiful places to visit. Jonathan was a top host both in greeting us and showing us around, and being so flexible with our requests. „The property really couldn’t have been any better for our weekend celebrating my sister’s hen party. The location was perfect - central, seconds from the sea and near to all of our planned activities. The communal areas were fantastic, especially the large dining area. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. Excellent communication with the host too, thank you!“

„I stayed in this property with my wife, son, daughter-in-law and 5 month old grandchild.The lock box was a little tricky to open as the after entering the code the little lever was difficult to get a grip on and push down as well as pulling out the lock box door, but eventually I managed to get it open.The property was very clean and well prepared for our arrival with tea/coffee etc.A couple of pointers for future stays.Dishwasher tablets were left for us with washing up liquid and hand soap…but ...

„We had an excellent week at the Shoreline Hideaway visiting family and exploring the south coast. Although we had a car, we took advantage of the bus that passes the property to get to Brighton for the day to avoid the traffic and parking. There is easy access to the beach via a lane just across the road and a nice walk to the Perch restaurant. The property was clean and is well equipped. "Personal, egal ob Reception, Frühstücksbuffet Restaurant, Bar, und Reinigungsfrau wirklich top. Könnte nicht besser sein. Alles sehr sauber ruhig und angenehm. Zimmer und Bad, geräumig und sauber. Wasser, Tee und Kekse kostenlos. Die Lage ist super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Ich habe nur 3 Sachen zu bemängeln. 1. Es fehlt die Klo Bürste. Das darf in einem Hotel nicht fehlen, ist ein NoGo. 2. Die Kissen sind zu hoch. Es stehen Mehrere zur Verfügung aber alle gleich hoch. Für ein Kind unmöglich darauf zu schlafen. 3. Zum Frühstück fehlt Brot. Es hat weder Brötchen noch Brot zum Schneiden. Es hat nur Croissont und Toastbrot. Es ist generell sehr englisch ausgerichtet. Wenig Obst, wenig Käse, wenig Aufschnitt. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwarte ich mehr Auswahl"
