First, the door Yale lock worked erratically, it took many tries to open the door most of the time. We were locked out several times, and had to try to open the lock for more than 20 times before it worked. On the last morning, the lock just failed completely, we were locked out in the rain for more than 1.5 hrs with all of our suitcases ...
