„Absolutely beautiful, quiet, and serene location. Loved hearing the birds singing. Lots of them! The landscape is awesome. Only wish we had known there was no TV in the house. My husband is slightly disabled and missed having a TV. We could have brought one if we had known. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.“

„A beautiful cabin located between Hammondsport and Penn Yan. The cabin is stocked with essentials to get you through your stay. The pond was a hit wth my boys. The cabin has a nice deck but no furniture to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The hot tube is also not functioning. Just a reminder water in this area has a sulfur smell but nothing you can do about it. Please note the property land management team is Vacaso so you will be charged a double processing fee if booked through VRBO!“

„This property was everything promised and more, so well-maintained and cozy! My family and I enjoyed sitting outside and fishing off the dock while watching the wildlife all around. Also, the cottage was well-equipped, they thought of everything! We would love to revisit some time! “

It was exactly what we were looking for to kick off summer: private cabin in the woods, we did some "creeking" and saw waterfalls on the property, great big porch to grill and eat dinner outside, had nice fires among the fireflies and it was super close to Letchworth where we spent Saturday hiking. Dave gave us great recommendations for nearby dinner spots. It was the perfect laid back getaway. “
