One master bedroom, and two twin beds upstairs. Living room has two couches. Location of the house was perfect. Close to most everything. The tree house restaurant is close by, very good! And of course don't forget iggys right near the water. “

While it’s not handicapped accessible (as in wheelchair access), there aren’t a lot of steps so I think an older person would be able to go in and out with help.
