„The house is located so close to the Weeki Wachee River you can see it from the deck!!! We really loved our stay there! My grandson enjoyed fishing from the deck. We kayaked with dolphins and the baby played with the strings on the front of our kayaks!!! We also had a Momma and baby manatees come up to the deck!! It’s truly the best place and we really enjoyed it!!“

„What a great cottage for our water adventures! Made me smile right away given the happy decor, well supplied kitchens, laundry and perfect dock for our flats boat and kayaks! And even a great hose there for clean up ( ie scallops) . Another plus is there are Boat launches within a block . Bed was so comfortable and the living room TV great for watching the Olympics “

„This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the cottage. Love the location to the springs. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees swimming right behind the house. The cottage is perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and the propane grill was a nice addition from our last stay. The kids loved going to breakfast at Florida Cracker by boat& we really enjoyed Marguerita Grill for dinner. We are already planning our next trip.“

„This place was great, pictures are very accurate, lots of space for a group of 9 to spread out. Ping pong, Giant Jenga and other games provided added tons of fun. Beds and bedding are very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great place. “

„Everything about the cottage and the stay was great and was as described on the listing. Patti and Dave were friendly hosts, lovely people who made us feel very welcome with a great check in experience. They live next door to the property, are available if needed but are not overbearing in any way. Using the canoes on the river was a lots of fun.
