Summary - Stunning modern holiday house for 14 guests with 6 bedrooms (4 of which are en suite). Superb views. Private path to the beach at Trearddur Bay.

Dog Friendly - Up to 4 dogs welcome (25 per dog per stay). The grounds are enclosed but please note that an adventurous dog could jump to next door or over the walls!

Suitability - Four ground floor bedrooms. Please note that the main living areas are all upstairs with two flights of open tread stairs to climb. The first floor is relatively flat.

Bedrooms - Downstairs: Bedroom 1 - Twin with en suite shower room. Bedroom 2 - King size with en suite. Bedroom 3 - King size. Bedroom 4 - King size. Upstairs: Bedroom 5 - en suite main bedroom with remote controlled living flame fire and private balcony. Bedroom 6 - quad bunk room with en suite shower room and private balcony.

Bathrooms - Downstairs bathroom. Separate WC. Upstairs bathroom. (Plus four ensuite bedrooms)

Kitchen / Dining - Ultra-modern open plan kitchen with large island. Twin ovens/grill, induction hob with middle griddle section. Full height freezer and fridge. Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. Separate fridge/freezer in upstairs utility area. Open plan through to the kitchen and living area with a very large table seating 14.

Living Room - Remote controlled living flame fireplace, Large cinema TV, BT TV, Soundbar. Ample seating for large groups. Panoramic glass walls leading to the balcony and outside furniture.

Outdoors - Sandown House has three balconies with sea views. There is a large terraced area to the rear with outdoor seating. Charcoal BBQ. A gate leads to the beach path (50 yds).

Parking - Ample parking for 6 -7 cars behind electric gates to the front of the house.

Children - Suitable for children, although please note that stair gates cannot be fitted due to the design of stairs. Two travel cots (no bedding) and two high chairs are available on request when booking.

Bikes - No internal storage available. Bikes can be left by the house at your own risk - please bring your own bike locks.

General - From Sandown House there are Incredible views over the beach and sea. There is a private path to the beach (Trearddur Bay). Fireplaces, sun blinds, roof windows, electric gates, Sonos sound system and heating system are all controlled by iPad (provided).

Utilities - All utilities, linen and bath towels provided. Please note you will need to bring beach towels. No smoking.
