„Für ein bis 2 Nächte völlig in Ordnung“

„We had a lovely one night stay at Ferncliff, it was just lovely and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend as a very well run ‘b&b’ type hotel but much more luxurious. Bernard in particular was fantastic, especially his cooking — we had both dinner and breakfast there. Very glad we chose this over the ‘grand hotel’ in the end. “

„We stayed just for a night as a stopover drive from arugam bay to Ahungalla. We had the family room which has two bedrooms, one with 2× double bed and the other 1x double bed. Had a fridge/freezer and a living room. No air conditioning but wasn't needed as the weather was already cold in nuwara Eliya. Breakfast included offered western (sausages, toasted bread and eggs)or srilankan food (dosa, sambal, eggs). Offered fruita and juice. Great location very high up on the mountain with a nice view ...

„建物、お部屋、ホスピタリティどれも最高なので、ぜひ泊まってください❗️ 街中から少し離れていますがpickmeで車を手配できるので問題ありませんよ。 チェックインの時のウェルカムドリンク＆スイーツから可愛かったし、バトラーの方も常に気を使ってくださいました。 テラスで頂いたアフタヌーンティーは最高でした💕 またエラに行くことがあれば、絶対にここに泊まります❗️“

„Staff was good beds a little hard & sheets not clean overall not like the pictures on hotels.com we could hear all that was going on in next room & downstairs “

„Staff was courteous. Breakfast was good. There was no hot water available until I asked them about it. Overall stay was good but I felt pretty cold in the night“

„Really really nice staff - they were so accommodating and helpful- beyond what could be expected. We only stayed one night but they made us wish we had stayed a little longer. “

„Für 2 Sterne bezahlen aber viel mehr bekommen top top“

„景色は素晴らしいが、エレベーターがないので不便です。換気が上手くいってないのか、料理の匂いが部屋でも気になりました。“

„Room was spacious and nice. Welcoming 5 min massage was great and full body massage for fair price was very good. Whirlpool in sauna area was under maintenance. Service in restaurant was very bad. We ate their twice, both 15 min nobody cared about us, then once ordered nothing happened another 20 minutes, not even drinks came. Second day for breakfast same experience. Food though was good and prices fair. Definitely they have service issues in their restaurant.“

„I mist a haidryer“

„War ein sehr schönes Hotel . Hotelzimmer war ein bisschen veraltet . Service war sehr gut “

„Nice Location, indoor Pool, very slow Service, “

„Es ist eine perfekte Unterkunft, wenn man einige Tage sich zurückziehen möchte. Man kann von da auch viel unternehmen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilft auch Trips zu planen. “

„The hotel was one of the best we visited in Sri Lanka. The rooms are really big, we had three separate bathrooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were invited to join a traditional welcome ceremony. We asked for a lunch package as we moved to Horton Plains at in the morning - no problem, even a vegetarian alternative was provided. We can truly recommend this place.“

„Room was large and beds very comfortable. Hot water ran out in the morning so cold shower for friend. Food was varied and tasty at breakfast and evening meal. Lovely bar serving a variety of drinks and cocktails. Staff very friendly and helpful“
