For the love of god, don't book with this place. I couldn't even get in to it!
There's no reception, and no staff on site. They emailed me a code to enter into my room's combination lock. The code didn't work.
I called their "24 hour support" number several times; nobody picked up, and my voicemail was ignored.
I tried emailed them, and got no reply.
I waited around in the cold and the dark for about half an hour, and nobody got back to me, so I had to find accommodation elsewhere.
So far, the only contact I've had from them was a text message they sent about 1 hour 20 minutes after I first called, saying "new door code is *this*". I replied saying "bit late for that - I want a refund". Thats the last thing I've heard from them.
I've asked Hotels.com to try and get me a refund, and apparently the hotel isn't even answering the phone to them.
