„This property is quiet, private, well appointed, and surrounded by wonderful farm stands with spectacular produce. We had seen the pictures, but the pictures do not do it justice. Waves, pelicans, bunnies, and beautiful flowers make it hard to come inside, but then inside is comfortable and beautifully equipped. We loved our stay.“

„The property was perfect for getting our beach "fix" with good friends. Although it was a little cool, it was still a great place to be together. The setting was perfect, the townhouse was just as it was shown on the website. It was very clean and well equipped. The only thing we found was the bath tubs were very slick for showering, the spices were old or lacking completely, so just bring your own if you plan on cooking. All in all, a great place to stay!“

„We truly enjoyed our recent stay in Monterey Dunes. This home is quite lovely and has many nice amenities. The only negative critique we have is that the kitchen appliances need to be updated. We had some difficulty working the stove and microwave. Some of the decor and utilities of the home (E.g., linens, blankets, pillows, kitchen utensils, and fixtures) are pretty dated which we did not mind but it would be nice if the owners consider replacing several of these items over the next few years. ...
