IELS is FULLY loaded with every modern amenity imaginable. Think of it and it Is on IELS' Check-List. IELS' Gourmet Kitchen is STATE OF THE ART and is well LIT at night by several RECESSED Lights.There are Motion Detection & Regular Lighting on the Balcony. There is Dimmable Lighting in the Livingroom & the Bedroom which can all be adjusted to fit ANY desired mood.

Speaking about MOODS; IELS' Bedroom, has 2 comfortable Double size beds which can be pulled together or separated by a Night Table. Just SAY the WORD, and the beds will be EXACTLY the way you desire. There are 2 SMART televisions, one in the Bedroom & the other in the Livingroom. IELS provides FAST HIGH-SPEED, Fiber-Optic Internet & Wifi. Cable & Telephone are also provided. NO LONG DISTANCE CALLS PLEASE!

IELS' modern WALK-IN Closet is SPACIOUS with PLENTY of Storage and Hangers. There is a Mirror and a SAFE which can be operated via a KEY or DIGITALLY. The SAFE should ensure your Peace of Mind that your Valuables are Secure. Also provided: an Ironing Board & Steam Iron as well as a Hamper.

Bath Towels, Hand Towels, Wash Clothes, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs; Sheets & other Linen accessories, and Reusable Shopping Bags, are all provided.

IELS is a SELF-MAINTAINED Vacation Rental. However, IELS provides a small Courtesy STARTER tray to our Guests. IELS' COMPLEMENTARY tray consists of: some Bottled Waters, Tea Bags, Coffee, Cream, packets of Sugar & Snackable Goodies. Also provided: One roll of Paper Towel, 2 rolls of Toilet Tissue, one Box of Tissue; Hand Soap, Dish Liquid, Dish Drainer, Sponge, Wetex Dish Cloth; Kitchen Towels and Pot Holders.

IELS’ GUESTS ARE ADVISED TO GO GROCERY SHOPPING AS SOON AS THEY CAN.
The local supermarket is about a 10 minute walk away. If you do not have a Rental Car, there is a Taxi Service, stationed in the local supermarket’s parking lot. As stated above: FREE Reusable Shopping Bags are provided for your convenience.

IELS' modern Bathroom comes with a HAIR DRYER and PLENTY of STORAGE. The shower stall is SPACIOUS with a Rain Shower and a Hand-Held shower. There is PLENTY of ARM space for TWO people to shower at the same time comfortably. IELS’ modern bathroom has several Light Fixtures, which gives perfect lighting, even for FINE facial grooming details.

The Livingroom has 2 FUTON SOFAS, both can be set FLAT into beds. There are 2 AIR CONDITIONERS, one is in the Livingroom and the other in the Bedroom. There are also three (3) Portable Tower FANS. While in the Livingroom, you can sit and listen to the Local or International News on a 43" SMART television or simply relax and CUDDLE to watch a movie of your choice. Stored under the Livingroom Coffee-Table, are various CARD & BOARD games for your entertainment pleasure.

IELS' Gourmet Kitchen has both Large & Small Modern STAINLESS STEEL Appliances. IELS' Large Appliances: FULL Size Refrigerator with Front Filtered Water & Ice Dispenser; Wall Oven-Microwave Combo; Lighted-Hooded Stove-Vent; Countertop Stove; Regular size DishWasher; WASHER & DRYER. IELS has every Small Kitchen Appliance imaginable: Air-Fryer; Rice Cooker; Slow Cooker; Blender; Electric Mixer; Coffee Maker; Electric Cake Mixer; Electric Can Opener; Electric Kettle; Griddle; Magic Bullet, and the LIST goes on.

Speaking about IELS’ Balcony; IELS is nestled quietly Overlooking the well-maintained manicured Grounds & the large beautiful National Treasured Flamboyant Tree, which can clearly be seen from IELS' Balcony. When in Bloom the Flamboyant tree is a Magnificent Sight. The Pool can also be seen from the view of IELS' Balcony, in the distance.

IELS' Balcony Glass-Bifold Door is a Masterpiece. It can be opened as ONE door or as FOUR doors. There are 4 separate sections to this beautiful door. This beautiful Conversational Piece when opened, brings the OUTDOORS, Indoors; and the INDOORS, Outdoors. The Livingroom, Kitchen & Balcony, ALL 3 spaces comes together as ONE HUGE OUTDOOR Space when the Balcony Shades are pulled Up and as ONE HUGE INDOOR Room when the Balcony Shades are pulled Down. Pick your choice!

The Balcony offers three separate Seating areas: (1) A Round table with 4 chairs to Dine on the Balcony; Play Card or Board Games or simply sit to watch the Sunset. (2) For your ultimate relaxation, there are 2 Rocking Chairs with a small table. Rock-away to relax and watch the Sunset or just simply do Nothing. (3) You can curl-up with a book or cuddle with your partner to enjoy the outdoor breeze and watch the Sunset, while sitting on the covered Cushioned Bench. WOW! IELS' Checklist continues: In the Corridor, on the opposite wall of IELS' windows, is a PRIVATE Seating Area. This Seating is for IELS' Guests EXCLUSIVELY. IELS' Guests can sit to enjoy the evening breeze, in Peace & Quietness. Both IELS' Private Balcony & IELS' Private Seating Area in the Corridor, are relaxing Areas.

IELS’ Security Amenities; In the Hallway Outside of IELS' Entry Door, is a LOCK-BOX, in which you can leave IELS' Keys when going OUT. IELS' Guests are given the LOCK-BOX CODE several days prior to Arrival. IELS' Entry Door is accessed with a Digital KEY-PAD & CODE. Guests are given a Personalized CODE to gain access during their Stay. The CODE Expires thirty (30) minutes after a Guest completes their Stay. A new CODE is Personalized for New Arriving Guests.

Additional IELS' SECURITY Amenities: In the Hallway next to IELS' Entry Door is a Security Door-Bell CAMERA. The CAMERA has ACTIVE recording device CAPABILITY of RECORDING or SENDING VIDEO, AUDIO, or STILL IMAGES. VRBO requires HOSTS to inform Guests of any such CAMERA or DEVICE located in a Common Area. EVEN IF, it will be turned OFF during a Guest’s stay. VRBO PROHIBITS Security CAMERAS or RECORDING DEVICES in PRIVATE SPACES like BEDROOMS, BATHROOMS, or SLEEPING AREAS.

“A Door-Bell CAMERA is in the Hallway OUTSIDE of IELS' Entry Door. It Actively Records & Captures Images, Videos & Audio. It will be ON during your Stay. IELS however, does NOT have any CAMERAS in its Interior.

The Building in which IELS is located, have additional cameras throughout the INTERIOR-HALLWAYS of the building’s COMMON SPACES & on the EXTERIOR of the BUILDING." Relaxing Stay at IELS

Great relaxing location. Your shopping needs are & the beach are 10 to 15 mins. walk away. 1 Bedroom Suite amenities & attention to detail impeccable. Everything you could need, including many kitchen appliances for any meals you would consider making. Very tasteful design and interior. Overall property is very clean, property grounds are great, the pool and & area is always well maintained. The Condo staff are all very friendly & nice. Paulette who works with the owner as unit housekeeper, welcomer & see's you off is awesome. Great at her job and a very lovely & friendly person. Also, special mention to Perry our driver to and from the Airport as well. Very nice guy who the unit owner utilizes if you want to get to and from the airport. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property for a quite and relaxing time in Holetown, Barbados. We will likely be back, if the owner will have us :). Thanks Dee for a wonderful time.

Updated Holetown Condo

This cozy condo in Holetown is suitable for a single or couple that like to be out close to the action of Holetown but would like some privacy. This corner unit provides a quiet reprieve from the beach area. My main concern was being able to work effectively. My connection was better than home in Toronto. So that worked out well. The location is about a 6-7 minute walk (I am a fast walker) from the all amenities. There is an excellent grocery store, gym(Level Up), great beaches, at least seven very good restaurants all within that walking radius. There is also a large, well maintained pool on the premises. Dee, the owner was very attentive. She kept me informed of necessary condo information without being intrusive. Jasper, the super, was also there when needed and showed me around upon arrival. The feeling I got from them was that me enjoying my stay was important to them. Overall an excellent experience.
