The space
1 Accommodation Layout:
The ground floor of two storey house is for accomodation and we live upstairs.
Two bedrooms with queen beds and electric blankets.
One bathroom and a separate toilet accessible between the bedrooms.
Minimalist-styled lounge with a double sofa, two chairs, a sofa bed, a six-chair dining table, and a flat-screen TV.

An office desk and chair for those on a working trip.
High chair available on request for kids at the dining table.
Reverse cycle air conditioner and heater for climate control.

2 Kitchenette:
Equipped with a double hot plate, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, grill sandwich press, and regular kitchen utensils.
Laundry facilities are also available.

3 Shared Backyard:
The backyard is shared with the hosts but is primarily used for garden maintenance and clothes drying.

4 Parking:
Plenty of street parking available.
Temporary driveway access for loading and unloading luggage.

5 Accessibility:
There are no stairs inside the guest accommodation.
The driveway to access the accommodation entrance is steep but offers a beautiful view. Guests with mobility concerns can arrange parking on the premises with prior discussion.

Penalty fees $500 apply for breaking the house rules. No parties and loud music, no smoking, no pets allowed in the accommodation.
