Walking distance to all the city has to offer including a variety of eateries. Think breakfast out, or takeaway noodles on the porch for an evening meal!

This is comfortable living, better than a hotel but without the responsibility of a single family home: come rest and relax and leave the city chefs to look after your culinary needs.

No kitchen or dining room, outdoor table with seating is on the front porch.

Mid-stay cleans are available by prior arrangement, these are at an additional cost. Please enquire with sufficient advance notice to ensure availability.

Our location is in the Heart of the City!
Parking is on-street, directly in front of the house and always free. It is limited to 2hrs between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday, though, there are all-day parking options available two houses up the road and also further afield.

If you are staying with a car for a longer stay, a per-month paid parking permit may be an available option. If required, contact host.

While there are almost always several free parking spaces available, if you want to forget the parking space shuffle or 2 hour limit, we are an easy walk or, uber, ride to downtown.

Walking is your most enjoyable way to see the sights and views or, rent an e-bike! You can easily Uber or taxi around Hobart, an uber trip into hobart is typically about $7.00 from our home as we are so close.

Even though you can not see it from the street or your accomodation, there is a rear accommodation that I live in! Your accomodation and my home share the front gate but beyond that, I have a separate entrance. There are no shared spaces so you are unlikely to see me, unless you ask to.

It is important to me to know who is coming and going so you are required to agree, no additional guests other than those in your reservation.

This property is perfect for those looking for quiet enjoyment in close proximity to Hobart Central. I work hard to keep the space fresh,clean and with fine linen comforts and I hope you enjoy your time here!
