Wiggins` Cottages, Circa 1850`s is a two-bedroom, self-contained cottage boasting three king-size Elegance Fusion beds, central heating and gas hot water to enhance your stay at Dunn Cottage.

Dunn Cottage maintains much of its old-world charm and opulence of a bygone era together with modern-day comforts situated in the bustling North Hobart suburb, just 2.1 km from Hobart CBD.

The dormer room consists of two Elegance Fusion king-size beds fitted with electric blankets, four pillows each bed, luxurious cotton linen, smart t.v charging ports, central heating, clothes rack with hangers, bin, luggage rack, block out blinds and clock radio.

The master room consists of an Elegance Fusion king-size bed king fitted with electric blankets, four pillows, luxurious cotton linen, smart t.v charging ports, central heating, clothes rack with hangers, bin, luggage rack, block out blinds, clock radio and chaise.

The main lounge is between the master bedroom and kitchenette, comprising a sizeable comfortable corner lounger with ottoman, smart t.v with stylish soft furnishings, central heating, and throw rug.

The kitchenette is equipped with a breakfast bar and seating with modern appliances to ensure a comfortable stay consisting of fridge freezer, convection oven, air fryer, microwave in one, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses, cooking utensils, portable hot plate, french coffee press & grinder, kettle & toaster and charging port: complimentary tea, coffee, drinking chocolate, sugar, biscuits, sachets and coffee beans.

The bathroom is located to the rear of the property comprising of a full-size bath with an overhead shower and a non-slip bathmat is provided for your safety. Located in the bathroom is a powder bench with a mirror, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum and luxury bath sheets. The WC (toilet) is located in the bathroom with a large modesty wall and handrail. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, grooming kit, sanitary bags, toilet paper and individually wrapped soap sachets are available for short stays.

Wiggins` Cottage offers time-restricted street parking (1/2hr parking) during work hours, unrestricted after hours. However, there is a long term car park located opposite our property, for 5$ a day.

A Metro bus service is accessible less than one hundred metres from the property on the main strip. Uber and taxi services are also available.

Wiggins` Cottage has a wonderful array of cuisine within metres of your doorstep to suit every pallet. A selection of Italian, Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean, Korean, Modern Australian, Vietnamese, Pub Food, European, Mexican, Asian and a wide selection of take-out to eat in the comfort of Dunn Cottage.

North Hobart also boasts an old-world State Cinema, a stylish independent picture house operating since 1913 with roof stop screenings and cafe.

There is no off-street parking. However, a Long Term Car Park is located at 16a Lefroy Street North Hobart, 220m from the property.

Access to the 2nd level charming dormer room consists of 15 stairs.
