The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and even a stand mixer if you're into baking! The bathroom in the property also houses complete laundry facilities.

There is a large deck with patio furniture and a grassed area, with sweeping views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.

Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too.

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, the booking guest is required to complete an online registration, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). With all adult bookings, the main reservation holder must be over the age of 25 years old.
