My family rented 2 rooms for 3 nights. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience so don't recommend. This isn't a traditional hotel, but rather a condo building being rented out. The reception area was a desk manned by a guy in front of the building. Upon arrival, the guy had no record of our reservation, so he called the owner. She initially claimed we had only reserved one room, but after a few minutes realized we had reserved two rooms. I had pre-paid for the entire stay 1 month prior at time of booking through Expedia. Despite that, the owner later collected the entire rental amount in cash separately from my wife (my wife wasn't aware I had pre-paid). My wife told me and we were able to get the cash funds back. We had been travelling to multiple cities and later got a bit confused on our length of stay and checked out (no formal check-out process, but turned in keys) after only 2 nights. We quickly realized our mistake and called back 20 minutes later. The owner claimed both rooms had subsequently been rented during that 20 minutes (unlikely) and there was nothing she could do. We could not return to our 2 rooms that we had paid for. She would give no refund. Not even a partial refund. Terrible customer service overall.
