„Everything is exactly as described on the website. The house is very clean, decorations are very cute, sheets and towels smell fresh, the backyard is probably my favorite. I spent the weekend with my two girls celebrating their 40th birthday. The house is well-maintained and it is in close walking distance to several places you would want to visit. Ian checked on us before the visit and during the visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely come back here again.“

„Tastefully decorated, comfortable, well appointed. We enjoyed the arrangement of the bedrooms/bathrooms as we each (2 ladies) had our own area for sleeping and bathing. I will make one suggestion: both shower curtain liners need replacing. Otherwise everything was perfect!“

„The place is nice and bright and very clean! It has a beautiful view of the Guadalupe River from the covered deck, which was our go-to place most of our time there. It would have been a bonus if it were screened in but overall the bugs weren't too much of an issue. There was plenty of wildlife on the river which we love. We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country.“

„Our family had an amazing stay in Eugene’s house! He communicated well and was quick to respond to messages. He went above and beyond our expectations when he picked up and delivered a rice cooker for us to use. The house is spacious and well laid out with a lot of different sleeping areas and sitting areas. The long dining table was great for seating all 12 of us. My boys also enjoyed the tent, hammock, swimming pool, and play set in the backyard. We would definitely stay again!“

„We did enjoy the house, location, and amenities. Bring your Kcups and enjoy coffee on the front porch. If you get caught in an evening rain, the gas fp offers a quick warm-up. All in all, very nice. Parking is on the street, but it’s a VERY wide street and quiet area. Only 1-1/2 blocks from the main downtown area. I knocked one star, because I think the toilet area of primary bath was missed in cleaning. A lot of long hair and dust in that area - not the case with the rest of the house. ...
