The villa overlooks a peaceful natural pond and has its own private pool, so you can spend slow mornings by the water and evenings under the palms in complete privacy.

The space

Villa KOA is a one-bedroom retreat built for two. The interiors are rustic-luxe tropical: raw concrete, teak, natural stone and warm lighting, finished with bronze and matte black details. It’s a calm, considered space to unwind after a day at the beach.
