They said they had upgraded me to a king because they said i paid too much. I went to the king room and the curtain completely come off the brackets. So they changed my room to a double. So from a queen, to a king to a double. Also the breakfast was absolutely terrible. I definitely wouldn't recommend.

Exceptional
Location is perfect especially to get to Toowoomba CBD - 10 mins. Although on the New England Highway - there is no noise. Access - entry and exit, is easy and safe and motel is well signposted. Great parking in covered bays. Staff are warm, engaging and friendly. My single room (double bed) was easily spacious enough for two and well set out; it was clean and very well maintained (definitely not aged nor in need of repair by any means). Breakfast choices are great, and were delivered right on time. Check in and checkout were flawless and expedient and receipt delivered by email. Could not fault the entire operation or the comfort. Would strongly recommend this facility and will stay there again.

Nice quiet location Great staff. Had a problem with the refrigerator as I had temperature sensitive medicine which they took care of and replaced the fridge the next morning great service

Owner parked in the our car park so we had to parke in some one else park and there where up set and toke it out on me. Also asked for a clean towel after staying 3 days and they still didn't clean or change towels

Hey Francis, so pleased you enjoyed your stay but 1 hour in our restaurant is very rare probably booked a table but arrived ahead of schedule and with staff shortages we are well aware not to overbook and intentionally underbook so we can over deliver.

Very dirty.
Every horizontal surface was thick with dust including soap dispensers. Grubby toaster. Dirty mugs, one even had a mouth mark still on outside. Erratic in supplying towels etc, each day they either missed a hand towel or face washers. Around carpet edge of whole room was grey with dust build up. Air conditioner remote was putrid. The cleanliness let this otherwise lovely motel down. Long dark hairs on shower floor from the time we arrived until check out.
