„We had a good stay, nice staff. Don’t expect much for the price. “

„The pool was down the hill and not in the hotel as it was written, that there is a free entrance to the spa and pool. There was also no free busservice to the Pool side and also it was snowing that time. There was no winterservice and the streets up the mountains been full of snow and ice. The hotel is new and in a good condition also the service was ok and the entrance into the ski area was also cool.“

„Peaceful Escape! A truly beautiful and peaceful place surrounded by nature. The hotel is nestled in the forest, with fresh, cool air and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms and the overall facilities deserve a 5/5. „The hotel has potential, but unfortunately, my experience was not very good. During the rain, there were several roof leaks inside the building. The spa was satisfactory, but the breakfast was disappointing, with limited options and poor food quality, and some items did not seem fresh. Overall, the hotel requires improvement, and based on my experience, I would not stay here again.“

„There was no rooms available and I said no problem. They took me to another place where it was not clean at all, sheets and pillows were dirty. No shampoo or soap “

„The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. “

„Меня всбесило отношение персонала:нам сказали,что нас не могут принять:объект сдан другому клиенту.такое уродское и свинское отношение мы не ожидали“
