Nettes Hotel zur Durchreise
Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen. Liegt sehr zentral und gegenüber des Strandes. Minimalistisch ist allerdings der Pool und Frühstücksbuffet gab es, obwohl es gebucht wurde, nicht. Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Ein gutes Motel.
Das Zimmer war gross mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Einzellbett. War alles sauber. Die Eingangstür hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen , hat die ganze Nacht geklappert.

motel was amazing, but was alittle disappointed the room wasnt up to standard. the bed wasnt made properly, there was hair on the drain in the shower, only a half a roll of toilet paper no spares, dust on the benches, i am a cleaner myself. thats why i had stripped the bed.... thank you very much for a night away....

I have stayed at the Best Western ambassador on a number of occassions and the staff have always been courteous and the facilities clean well maintained. On my most recent visit, i accidently booked an incorrect date and the staff member was more than happy to move the booking for me even though it was originally a no refund booking. Very accommodating, friendly and efficient.

Generally the unit was clean however it was clear that the clothes hang closet had not been vacuumed in years. General the bath room wall and floor finishes were poorly maintained as grouting was cracked in many places, particularly in the internal corners. The fly screen in the bathroom was covered in lint/dust so air flow was minimal. Generally drapes and other elements were very tired indicating penny pinching on a major level. For the room rate paid I would expect way better.

Hi Paul thank you for your review, it has promoted us to do a full inspection of the room you stayed in. Upon inspection we feel the majority of your comments are unwarranted, for example the drapes are brand new. Now under new management rooms are inspected after every clean. Manager

Perfectly positioned, Comfortable and happening.
We loved this motel. It was handy to the beach, although there were no sea views. The reception crew were wonderful and friendly. The room was roomy, the king bed was very comfortable. I had a bath in the bath tub. A spa would be awesome but the bath was lovely. It was minutes drive to restaurants, cafes, shops and walking distance to a big Woolworths shopping centre. The Wifi was fast and strong. Couldn't fault this hotel and wished our stay was a little longer.

Two night stay
The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Very clean and in good condition. We walked across the road to the beach for a swim and one block to a supermarket. It would be great for a young family. The only negative was the shower in the bath. A half metre step up into the bath and an extremely narrow shower. No good if you were elderly or a solid person.

Proximity to the beach was good although the distance to restaurants is an issue. The RSL is close by though. No-one available to check us in at 2pm so we had to phone the manager. Unit was not serviced which I thought it should have been. Had to wait for fresh towels as they had run out.
