„The Bungalow is well laid out, spacious, well furnished and in a fantastic location for exploring Edenton. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen has everything we needed to be able to eat some of our meals at home. We enjoyed the little screened in porch, too. It is definitely a well designed living space and we hope to be able to come back for a longer visit sometime soon.“

„Back again but for 5 weeks! Waterwinds is even more beautiful than I remember. Brand new deck, beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities. Gorgeous private landscaped waterfront setting. Water on canal side is shallow enough for my 3 and 5 year old great granddaughters to swim. Will be booking next year for sure!“

„Small flaw with entry lock. But problem resolved quickly. Did not drink coffee I brewed in coffee machine. There was a bug that was poured out. I’m sure bugs are common a everywhere. But otherwise an awesome place to stay. “

„The photos don't lie, this place is pristine. Nice amenities were included. We typically bring things like aluminum foil, zip bags, etc , but the host thought of everything we might need. Very convenient. Easy to get to waterfront restaurant and bars, just 3 blocks away.“

The host Jon lived two houses away, so was on the spot when we had a bit of trouble using the locking mechanism. It's a quick walk through a college campus to get to fun breweries, good restaurants and a waterfront park. Highly recommend this affordable stay.“

„We were in the area to fish a Major League Fishing event on the Chowan River. The house and yard are very well maintained. The back porch has nice furniture, and a great view of the Sound.
