Negatives included the hot tub was not heated and during a heavy rain, there was a leak in the roof near the A/C unit. Overall,would definitely recommend. We did not go to the beach so not sure how beach access was.“

This condo was absolutely spotless, landscaping at property very lovely, great pool, roomy, views amazing and artwork on walls were a level above anything we have seen at other rentals. Beverly and Butch are gracious hosts and their place is very comfortable, they have all the things you would need in the kitchen, towels in the bathroom and even a washing machine.
