„Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Full length mirrors in both bedrooms and excellent lighting meant that one bathroom worked even for two adults traveling together.The location was perfect for our trip, which was about both Georgetown and the standard Washington tourist fare. Hosts were incredibly responsive and open to suggestions to make this place even better.Perfect for our needs!“

„ I was very pleased to find this property in Alexandria. I was attending a conference near by and this place was perfect. The property is immaculate and beds are comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent as well. Looking forward to staying again in future. “

„Wir haben D.C. für 5 Tage besucht und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Alle Räume waren sauber und gut ausgestattet, sodass wir uns sehr gut selbst versorgen konnten. Das kleine Haus befindet sich hinter dem Haupthaus mit einem eigenen Zugang. Direkt davor auf der Straße gibt es eine Bushaltestelle, sodass man in maximal 1 h in D.C. ist. Die Gastgeberin hat sehr klar mit uns über die App kommuniziert und der Check-In war unkompliziert. Auf der selben Straße gibt es einen ...

„I spent 3 nights at the house with 2 of my sisters and we really enjoyed it! The house is very nicely furnished and decorated and has everything you might need. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks, which was a nice welcome. I slept in the bedroom on the first floor and it was quite comfortable. My sisters thought the mattresses were a little too soft for them upstairs. There are lots of air conditioners, so each person can adjust to their own liking. The kitchen was ...

"Unglaublich freundliche und kooperierende Mitarbeiter beim check-in und im Service. Unkompliziert durften wir ohne zusätzliche Kosten 3 Std früher einchecken Kostenloses Wifi im gesamten Hotel, Kaffee und Wasser auf dem Zimmer frei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Bonus: Die Aussicht aus dem 9.Stck. unseres Zimmer über DC, besonders bei Nacht, war wunderschön."

"Dies war mein 2. Aufenthalt in einem citizenM und ich habe es auch diesmal sehr genossen obwohl man ja eigentlich nur den ganzen Tag auf Tour ist. Alles super komfortabel und was man braucht vorhanden. Die Lage ist super um die Stadt zu erobern. Eine Metro St. ist wenige Minuten entfernt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann ma gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ich für meinen Teil würde hier wieder einchecken. "

"Die Sauberkeit war gegeben aber alles ist schon ein wenig in die Tage gekommen. Die Motivationskurve der Mitarbeiter ist recht flach. Die Frühstücksvoucher mussten erst - für die Tage einzeln - eingefordert werden. Die von Hotels.com bei der Buchung ausgewiesene Weinflasche gab’s auch nicht. Die Lage ist aber recht gut. Es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Gegend. Über die Kosten in Washington muss man nicht reden. "
