„There was no hand wash, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing spong, oven gloves. The plates that were said clean were dirty.Dishwasher didn’t work. We washed all plates cups and glasses by hand.Found old buttons in one bed maybe some one else’s- bed linen not changed.It’s disappointing after the price we paid.There was no basic cleaning stuff. „Very dissapointed. The accommodation was canceled 2 hours before we were due to arrive on Australia day weekend. They tried to find us an alternative but all accommodation was full. We were supposed to be celebrating my father's 8oth birthday. Didn't want to do the star rating as we didn't see the accommodation but couldn't submit without it.“
